Description:

Rise is looking for a talented and motivated System Administrator to join our IT Team.

We're looking for someone with extensive experience in IT support, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams across the company.

This role requires the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while providing clear and patient support to users from various departments.

The goal is to ensure that our technology infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently, enabling the organization to function at its best.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain ALL IT Infrastructures, Including Firewalls/Switches/Access Points/Servers/VMs
• IT Supports the company employees via a ticketing system or frontal support.
• Manage the Onboarding / Offboarding procedure from the IT side, take care of the company's live events and Meeting Rooms/Multimedia Equipment.
• Maintain and monitor IT Assets and equipment via the ITAM system.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience as an IT Specialist, Junior Sys Admin or similar role.
• Troubleshooting common macOS and Windows issues
• Experience with Okta (SSO) , Google WorkSpace ,Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with Virtualization OS such as VMware or HyperV
• Basic knowledge of managing and configuring networking equipment such as firewalls, switches, and access points. (FortiGate experience is a plus).
• Experience with Atlassian Administration ,Fresh Service ,GCP, AWS, JumpCloud (MDM) , Synology, VPN, Linux, PowerShell
• Fast & self-learner, team player, organized and responsible, dynamic, and motivated.
