VP International Sales – Lead Global Expansion

🔹 About the Role:

As the VP of International Sales, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage distributor relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive growth targets outside the U.S.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a global sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
• Lead and mentor regional sales teams to drive performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors.
• Develop best practices for sales operations and distribution networks.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage international sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Travel internationally (~50%) to engage with distributors and customers.

🔹 Qualifications:

• 10+ years of capital sales experience, ideally in medical devices.
• Strong track record in international distributor management.
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
