Overview

Responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring integrity, efficiency, and compliance. A hands-on role requiring accuracy, process management, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Payments

• Coordinate payroll with external providers.
• Oversee payments, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Manage bank accounts, credit cards, and virtual cards.

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Track budget vs. actual performance.
• Oversee forecasting cycles (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Prepare management and business reports.

Accounting & Compliance

• Work with external accountants on financial reports and audits.
• Ensure compliance with authorities in Israel & the U.S.
• Standardize bookkeeping processes across entities.

Operations & Automation

• Manage invoice collection, expense reimbursements, and financial tools.
• Lead automation and digitization of financial processes.
• Support internal teams with financial processes and controls.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Serve as the finance contact for customer invoicing and sales orders.
• Work closely with HR-Ops and other departments.
• Various administrative additional office tasks.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Finance Operations, Bookkeeping, or Payroll Management.
• Experience with accounting software (Priority, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Familiarity with invoice management and expense reimbursement platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong cash flow management, budgeting, and financial control expertise.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage processes independently.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Hebrew & English.
• Team player with a hands-on, proactive approach.
