Learning and Development Manager

A Leading Academic Institution is Seeking a Learning Development Manager

The role includes:

• Designing and developing a variety of learning programs and courses based on market needs and the institution’s areas of expertise.
• Managing and overseeing the entire course lifecycle – from marketing to execution, including achieving registration targets, course operations (classrooms, equipment, lead generation, student recruitment, learning materials, attendance), and more.
• Collaborating with faculty members and content experts from both academia and industry to create content and identify professionals for course facilitation.
• Conducting market research to identify needs and requirements.
• Managing and planning the training program budget.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree.
• Experience in developing training programs and/or leading educational courses.
• Background in education/academia.
• Experience in administrative operations of a training system.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead people and processes.
