A Leading Academic Institution is Seeking a Learning Development Manager
An excellent opportunity to join a startup role, create new collaborations, and initiate projects in the field of training and development!
The role includes:
- Designing and developing a variety of learning programs and courses based on market needs and the institution’s areas of expertise.
- Managing and overseeing the entire course lifecycle – from marketing to execution, including achieving registration targets, course operations (classrooms, equipment, lead generation, student recruitment, learning materials, attendance), and more.
- Collaborating with faculty members and content experts from both academia and industry to create content and identify professionals for course facilitation.
- Conducting market research to identify needs and requirements.
- Managing and planning the training program budget.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant academic degree.
- Experience in developing training programs and/or leading educational courses.
- Background in education/academia.
- Experience in administrative operations of a training system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead people and processes.
