Job Description

A Support Engineer is a part of the Cloud Operation Center (CLOC). DEX CLOC is manned by highly trained Support Engineers using advanced Management Tools built for complex Cloud Architecture.

As a Support Engineer, you will provide remote and on-site support in IT, Office, Communication, Computers & Printers mainly in Microsoft Environments (Exchange, Active Directory, Windows) and Linux.

As part of the CLOC team, you will handle:

Monitoring System for Security, Availability, and Performance issues.
Facilitating problems before they escalate.
Prioritize and work with customers under Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and user manuals.
Generate reports that provide insightful information.
Diagnose, report and resolve issues proactively.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers.
