Qualifications & Experience

● 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related leadership roles in a global cybersecurity or SaaS company – must.

● Proven experience in leading customer success teams and managing enterprise-level accounts.

● Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

● Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.

● Fluent in English (additional languages like Hebrew are an advantage).

● A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is a must.

● Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to customer engagement and success measurement.

● Experience working across international time zones (USA, Western Europe).
