About the Role:

We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading company team and play a key role in attracting top talent worldwide. This position is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end global recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.) to attract top talent.
• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on global talent acquisition.
• Proven experience hiring across multiple countries and understanding international recruitment challenges.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
