Global Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our company.

This position requires a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in global recruitment, who can collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to fulfil the staffing needs of various departments.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage with qualified candidates.

Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and contribute to talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on US (GTM) hiring.

Technical recruiting experience- advantage.

Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across various roles and levels.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in employer branding or talent marketing initiatives.

Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in recruitment.
