Campaign Manager

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for Powersports & Outdoor helmets, is looking for an experienced, organized, driven Campaign Manager to join Cardo's Digital Growth team and drive growth from paid online channels.

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for creating campaigns and driving revenue using various ad platforms and analytics tools. This role involves becoming proficient in monitoring campaign performance, developing conversions, utilizing creative ad types, and ensuring client success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital strategies and campaigns.

• Optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.

• Manage media budgets and define target audiences.

• Generate and present performance reports.

• Apply a 'test and learn' approach to campaigns.

• Work directly with clients on creatives and performance.

• Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of PPC experience on Google and Meta.

• Proficient in English.

• At least 2 years working for a marketing agency

• Experience working with global companies

• Experience in working with monthly budgets of at least $50K/ Month

• E-commerce experience (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Excel.
