Campaign Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented PPC Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team at a digital marketing startup.

The role includes managing and executing paid campaigns across various platforms, analyzing data and deriving insights, optimizing performance, and supporting our clients' marketing strategies.

• Planning, creating, and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Ongoing campaign optimization to achieve ROI and ROAS goals.
• Performance analysis using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and others.
• Writing creative ad copy, including A/B testing for messaging and CTAs.
• Managing monthly budgets and optimizing allocation to maximize performance.
• Regular performance analysis and reporting, including presenting insights to clients and company management.
• Conducting keyword research and identifying new opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Staying up-to-date with PPC trends and implementing new strategies for continuous improvement.

• At least one year of experience in managing PPC campaigns across major digital platforms.
• Excellent proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager (experience with additional platforms is an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data – in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer journey.
• High-level writing skills in both Hebrew and English – for writing ad copy and professional reports.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Proactive approach, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
