Finance Manager Position

We are hiring a Finance Manager for Abra

This role includes full responsibility for managing the financial operations of a large business unit, providing strategic guidance to executives, and leading complex financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic partnership and business support for the division manager and other executives.
• Financial performance analysis, generating insights, and presenting recommendations to management.
• Financial and accounting management.
• Preparation of periodic financial reports.
• Budget management and financial controls.
• Leading and managing a team of employees.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager.
• Experience in managing a team of employees.
• Strong business acumen and high-level financial data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in financial information systems, preferably with ERP experience.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with senior executives.
  
  

• Full-time position at Abra’s offices in Ra'anana.
• Availability for overtime is required.
• No option for hybrid work.
