Information Technology Technical Support

Technical Requirements:

• 3+ years working as IT tech support
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent English
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operation Systems – Windows 10/11
• Hands-on experience with End-User’s Hardware (PCs & Laptops)
• General knowledge in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and GPOs
• Deep technical orientation
• Understanding networking concepts such as TCP/IP
• Ability to write scripts (Batch, PowerShell, AutoIT) - advantage
• Familiarity with Network appliances of Cisco/Checkpoint and VoIP - advantage
• Experience with OS/Software Distribution (PXE/WSUS/Acronis/SCCM)
• Familiarity with Linux (CentOS/Red-Hat) – advantage
