Experienced QA Specialist

Responsibilities

• Proactively act as the team’s “Quality Ambassador” - verify no delivery is leaving the team in an untested state.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to understand business requirements and ensure quality standards can be met.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
• Create and maintain test environments, test data, and automated test scripts using automation tools.
• Perform functional, exploratory, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Analyse, investigate, and troubleshoot the root cause of defects.
• Report and communicate testing progress, results, and defects.
• Continuously improve the testing processes for efficiency.
  
  

• 2+ years as a software QA Engineer, doing manual & automated tests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills from high-level system architecture to specific low-level implementation.
• Fast learner of new systems, tools, and platforms.
• Great communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes and methodologies: test planning, test design, and test execution.
• Fluent English.
  
  

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript languages and SQL.
• Experience with API testing.
• Experience with testing enterprise-grade applications.
• Experience with test and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr Enterprise).
• Experience in technical customer support or other.
• Experience with log analysing tools (e.g., DataDog).
