Junior/Mid-Level PPC Manager – Campaign Management, Catalog & Profit Unit | Marketix
About the Position:
Marketix is looking for a Junior/Mid-Level PPC Manager to take full ownership of managing paid ad campaigns, overseeing client catalogs, and handling the profit unit for assigned accounts. This role includes working with a remote catalog management team in the Philippines, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring profitability for each product and client under your responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:🔹 PPC Campaign Management – Full Execution Responsibility
- Creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Analyzing campaign performance and drawing actionable insights.
- Conducting keyword research and implementing search strategies to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Managing ad budgets and making data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborating with the creative team to enhance ad copy, images, and video content.
🔹 Client Catalog Management (Working with a Team in the Philippines)
- Overseeing product catalog updates, management, and accuracy.
- Coordinating with the Philippines-based catalog team – providing guidance, tracking progress, and ensuring quality control.
- Reviewing product data uploads, including images, descriptions, bullet points, A+ Content, and more.
- Ensuring catalog compliance with platform policies and industry standards.
🔹 Profit Unit Management
- Monitoring the profitability of all products and clients under your responsibility.
- Conducting bi-weekly profit analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
- Evaluating ad spend efficiency and its impact on overall profitability.
- Reporting insights and financial updates to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
✅ At least 1 year of experience managing PPC campaigns – required.
✅ Hands-on experience in paid advertising on various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.).
✅ Amazon advertising experience is NOT required but is a plus.
✅ No prior knowledge of Amazon’s advertising tools is required – training will be provided.
✅ Experience in budget management and campaign performance optimization.
✅ Prior experience working with remote teams – an advantage.
✅ High-level English proficiency – required.
✅ Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and goal-oriented mindset.
Additional Advantages:🔹 Experience with Amazon Advertising Console – a plus.
🔹 Previous work in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce brand management.
🔹 Familiarity with advanced analytics and campaign management tools.
