Sheba Medical Center is reaching out to you to lead a national vision within an international organization.

Sheba Negev seeks an exceptional and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead one of Israel's most ambitious healthcare initiatives. This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare delivery and innovation in the Negev region.

Sheba Negev Hospital is being established pursuant to Government Decision No. 1731 (dated 05/05/2024) to strengthen the public healthcare system in the southern region of the country. The planning, establishment, and operation of the hospital will be carried out by Sheba Medical Center, while ownership will be held by the Meuhedet and Leumit Health Services organizations. The hospital will be named after Shimon Peres.

The establishment of the hospital is a groundbreaking project symbolizing our deep commitment to expanding healthcare services and strengthening the healthcare system in the region. The hospital will be created with the goal of becoming a center of medical excellence and humanity, serving the Negev community in all its diversity.

Position Overview:

The CEO will spearhead the strategic development and operational excellence of Sheba Negev, building on Sheba Medical Center's world-renowned legacy of healthcare innovation and clinical excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

·Lead the strategic vision for establishing a cutting-edge, next-generation hospital.

·Plan, develop, and oversee an innovative medical center integrating advanced healthcare technologies.

·Manage a dynamic healthcare organization within a broad and complex network.

·Drive and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the entire Negev region.

·Oversee all aspects of resource management, including budget, operations, and human capital.

·Lead and coordinate a diverse, multidisciplinary, and multicultural team within Sheba’s global ecosystem.

·Cultivate and mentor the next generation of healthcare leaders and professionals.

Qualifications:

·Master’s degree – Required.

·Proven experience as a CEO or Senior VP in a large-scale organization.

·Experience in healthcare management (e.g., hospital director or deputy) – Preferred.
