Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media pages with a strong focus on Instagram.
• Develop and execute social media strategies, ensuring alignment with brand identity and goals.
• Create compelling content, including writing, visual direction, and execution.
• Lead influencer collaborations, including partnerships, negotiations, and campaign management.
• Work closely with social media agencies, overseeing campaigns and contractual agreements.
• Plan and manage photoshoots and production days to create high-quality content.
• Maintain a refined aesthetic sense and deep understanding of the beauty industry.
• Operate with creativity and independence, bringing innovative ideas to life.
