Software Engineering Team Lead

Located in the center of Israel near a train station, they offer a hybrid work model with 2 days working from home.

About the role -

• Managing a team of 8 employees—4 Backend developers, 2 Frontend developers, and 2 QA engineers. Reports to a Group Lead.
• The team works on developing a new system from scratch, with no legacy code, emphasizing security elements due to the sensitive nature of crypto-related work (e.g., service design).
• The role includes hands-on work at the systemic level, architecture, and familiarity with fintech domains. Development will involve low levels of hands-on coding.
• Tech Stack: .NET development, Microservices architecture, Azure environment, Kubernetes.

Requirements-

• 2 years of experience as a Team Lead (4+ employees).
• Experience in C#/JAVA development.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, cyber, or blockchain companies.
