What you’ll be doing

As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as our client's trusted partner, ensuring they fully realize the potential of Intent IQ’s identity solutions.

Your role will include:

• Lead seamless onboarding processes to set clients up for success.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships by understanding their goals, challenges, and business needs.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize client strategies.
• Serve as the client's voice within Intent IQ, collaborating with internal teams to address challenges and improve solutions.
• Deliver tailored training sessions and provide resources to help clients maximize their use of our solutions.
• Proactively monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and drive client satisfaction.

Who you are

• At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager and 3+ years in the AdTech industry– MUST
• Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and programmatic advertising– MUST
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, and Jira and an ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
