Responsibilities:

-Manage recruitment process for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

-Utilize LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates

-Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs

-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

-Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

-Work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment to meet hiring goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
