Help Desk Representative

A leading organization is looking for a Help Desk Representative to provide technical support to users. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network problems, supporting enterprise applications, and handling installations and configurations.

✅ Responding to support tickets and providing technical assistance to users.

✅ Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues.

✅ Installing and configuring computers, printers, software, and other hardware components.

✅ Managing users in Active Directory and Office 365.

✅ Handling basic network connectivity issues (WiFi, VPN, network connections).

✅ Documenting service requests and solutions in the Help Desk system.

✅ Collaborating with other IT teams to escalate complex issues.

🔹 At least one year of experience in technical support / Help Desk – a significant advantage.

🔹 Familiarity with iOS operating systems.

🔹 Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

🔹 Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace – an advantage.

🔹 Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.

🔹 Good English skills – required.
