Job Description:

We at the startup Progress Software are looking for a creative, dynamic and passionate social media manager to join our team and take a significant part in leading the company's digital presence. This is an opportunity to join a growing company, work in the heart of the Tel Aviv high-tech scene, and be part of the processes of building a groundbreaking technological brand. Join our team and lead the marketing of the *Stanley Marketing* application – a revolutionary solution for digital marketing based on artificial intelligence for small and medium-sized businesses. The role includes creating marketing strategies, promoting the brand, and managing campaigns aimed at increasing product exposure and attracting new customers.

Areas of responsibility:

Management of all social media activities of the company – creating a strategy, planning Gantt activity, and executing work plans on the various channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Creation of original marketing content adapted to each platform, including posts, videos, stories, short articles, and more.

Taking regular photos of the company's activities, employees, events and products for social media marketing.

Managing and leading sponsored campaigns - including building briefs, working with external suppliers if necessary, monitoring and analyzing performance and optimization.

Working with artificial intelligence systems to streamline content creation processes, analyzing data and producing marketing insights.

Close collaboration with the development team and the UX/UI team to synchronize marketing messages with the company's products.

Identifying new trends in the social world and integrating them into the company's ongoing activities.

Job requirements:

At least one year of experience in social media management, with an emphasis on technology companies/start-ups - a significant advantage. (Not required)

In-depth understanding of the various social platforms and knowledge of their algorithms.

Ability to write creatively, easily and fluently in Hebrew and English.

Experience in creating visual content – ​basic photo and video editing, mastery of software such as Canva, CapCut or similar tools.E

xperience working with AI systems for content creation (such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) – a significant advantage.U

nderstanding of sponsored marketing, including working with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and Google advertising systems.A

xcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.A
