Our high-performance materials are built to withstand the harshest conditions, space, aerospace, defense, and critical industrial applications—where durability, strength, and weight reduction are mission-critical.

About the Role:

As CEO, you’ll take our next-generation polymer technology from lab to industry—leading fundraising, forging strategic partnerships, and accelerating growth in aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing. You’ll work closely with investors, customers, and a top-tier technical team to establish the company as a leader in high-performance materials. This role demands a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand market presence

- Lead fundraising efforts, working with investors and strategic partners

- Build and manage a high-performing team

- Drive go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition

- Navigate the DeepTech ecosystem, bridging cutting-edge technology with commercial success

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in leadership, sales, business development, or a related role

- Experience in scaling businesses, securing partnerships, or strategic growth

- Entrepreneurial mindset—whether from startup experience or corporate innovation

- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills

- Experience in fundraising is a plus

- Background in materials, 3D printing, aerospace, semiconductors and defense is an advantage

Role based in Ness Ziona with a satellite office in Herzliya.
