We’re on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager to help us support our current and future customers, guiding them on their journey to securing their cyber environments.

About the Position:

As a Customer Success Manager at Cynergy, you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to ensure our customers are getting the most out of our products and services. You’ll work directly with clients, understand their business goals, and ensure our solutions fit seamlessly into their environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and technical environments.

Ensure smooth deployment of Cynergy solution and assist with product demonstrations.

Provide ongoing technical discussions with client teams to drive product adoption and success.

Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to manage and strengthen the technical relationship.

Regularly produce reports on key findings, security improvements, and the impact of our solutions.

Train teams and ensure proficient use of Cynergy solution.

Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to stay ahead of evolving customer needs.

Requirements:

Experience in a technical customer-facing role within cybersecurity.

Strong understanding of security vulnerabilities and risks, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), network architecture, and security best practices.

Excellent documentation skills for deployment and integration.

A self-motivated leader and a team-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English (Italian and Spanish language skills are a plus).

Ability to travel as needed.
