Data Analyst - one year contract

We are looking for a Data Analyst specializing in Grafana to develop advanced dashboards for monitoring, analyzing, and visualizing business data.

This role involves close collaboration with development, DevOps, and system engineering teams to create smart visualizations and dynamic reports that support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced Grafana dashboards for both internal and client use.
• Connect and analyze data from various sources, including SQL, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, Imply, and others.
• Define and implement relevant KPIs for performance monitoring and real-time analytics.
• Optimize queries and data sources to improve performance and data accuracy.
• Work closely with development teams, DevOps, system engineers, and integration teams to tailor dashboards to business and technical needs.
• Create alerts and custom reports for event management and ongoing analysis.
• Continuously improve visualizations and data monitoring processes based on user requirements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience developing advanced Grafana dashboards.
• Strong experience working with SQL, including writing complex queries for data retrieval and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, Imply, or similar data sources.
• Ability to understand and analyze operational metrics and technical monitoring – a significant advantage.
• Experience in defining alerts and data monitoring for IT and DevOps teams – a strong plus.
• Familiarity with logging, observability, and monitoring systems – a major advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent interpersonal communication.
