A leading fintech company is looking for a talented Data analyst to join the team. The position is full-time, in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities:
· Gather business requirements from various departments and extract actionable insights.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and alerts to monitor the performance of company products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.) to identify problems, solve issues, and uncover opportunities.
- Perform data mining and complex analysis, going beyond the numbers to understand how users interact with the product.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in complex data analysis - a must.
- 1+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), SQL, and Power BI – a must
- Ability to interpret and present ad-hoc results in a clear and understandable way.
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis.
- Independent and proactive, with the ability to drive projects to completion.
- Previous experience in an online company is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
