ClarityQ is a well-funded startup which develops an AI-powered analytics companion designed to address the complexity of analyzing product data. We harness the power of LLMs to revolutionize the way companies make product decisions, aiming to boost their bottom-line revenue. ClarityQ is led by seasoned entrepreneurs who successfully exited their previous startups and are passionate about building another game-changing product. With backing from top Israeli VC and angel investors, we are looking for a driven, motivated individual to join us on this exciting journey and help us grow from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers and new business opportunities, mostly in the US and Europe.
- Outbound Proactive Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via various channels, such as warm and cold calls, emails, and social media
- Lead Generation: Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team
- Sales Meeting Scheduling: You are organized and proactive in scheduling sales meetings for the team, including assisting with industry events preparations
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system
- Market Feedback: Gather insights from prospect interactions and share them with the product and marketing teams to help refine our messaging and product offerings
- Sales Strategy Input: Work closely with leadership to develop and refine outreach strategies, scripts, and sales processes
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our dynamic and fast paced team to be updated on all product developments and align on goals and strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-Starter: You thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and are excited by the challenge of building from scratch
- Communication Skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate our value proposition to potential clients
- Drive and Resilience: Sales is challenging, especially in a startup environment, but you’re motivated by targets and determined turning “no” into “yes”
- Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in learning about customer pain points, our product, and the industry we are disrupting
- Team Player: While much of your work will be independent, you’ll work closely with a small fast-moving team, contributing to a shared vision and collective success
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR, driving outbound sales and lead generation in tech companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email automation tools, social media and other sales technologies
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is an advantage
