We're Agora, an early-stage Fintech startup based in TLV on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.
As a Sales Development Specialist at Agora, you'll be the front-line of prospect outreach with a goal to generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. In this position, you will develop and own the "top-of-funnel" through cold calling, cold emailing, social channels, and inbound leads qualification. You will be expected to quickly and effectively communicate the value proposition, respond to objections, and speak to industry trends. This role is essential to our team's aggressive growth targets. Therefore, a growth mindset, resilience, adaptability, and commitment to seeking creative solutions will be crucial in this role.
A Typical Day Looks Like:
- Prospecting Expertise: Build a detailed prospecting list aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile. Use tools and creativity to ensure a steady flow of potential clients who are the right fit.
- Dynamic Multi-Channel Outreach: Reach out to prospects using a mix of cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messages. Your focus is on making genuine connections, sparking interest, and opening the door for meaningful conversations.
- Meeting Facilitation and Handoff: Book qualified meetings and attend them alongside Account Executives. Introduce them to prospects and ensure a seamless handoff to set up the next steps for success.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to Close Deals: Work closely with Account Executives to move your deals through the pipeline. Your input and follow-through will help turn prospects into long-term clients.
- Skill Enhancement and Development: Take part in regular training and coaching to sharpen your skills and stay ahead. Always look for ways to improve and make an impact.
