HR Manager – Educational Institution 📍 Haifa

A leading educational institution is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, payroll, and reporting to the Ministry of Education.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination: interviews, contracts, salary updates, hearings, and more.
• Handling payroll reports, coordinating with the payroll accountant, and conducting monthly payroll audits.
• Liaising with the Ministry of Education on matters related to teaching and support staff, including reporting, exception handling, and teacher staffing data management.
• Providing employee support on salary-related matters, loans, pension funds, National Insurance, unpaid leave, sick leave redemption, and more.
• Implementing and optimizing HR and payroll policies and procedures.
• Managing payroll data integrity and digital attendance reports.

🎯 Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the education sector.

✔ Strong familiarity with Ministry of Education systems – a significant advantage!

✔ Proficiency in SAYEATNET system – mandatory.

✔ Experience in payroll processes, labor law, and employee rights.

✔ Excellent organizational and managerial skills with attention to detail.

✔ High proficiency in HR systems and Office applications.
