Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Customer Success at GoPerfect, located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Head of Customer Success will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention skills
• Experience in managing customer success teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Data analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of SaaS products and technologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
