Social Media Manager

Description

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our brand’s online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing a dynamic social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and support overall marketing goals.

This position requires a strong blend of creativity and analytics, with expertise in content creation, campaign management, and community engagement across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with marketing and influencer objectives.
• Plan and create engaging content (graphics, videos) while maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to produce high-quality assets.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity.
• Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interactions.
• Manage paid social media campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
• Track and analyse performance using tools such as Meta Insights and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Provide reports on key trends, campaign performance, and audience insights.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and events through social media promotion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook (TikTok & X are a plus).
• Proficiency in English at a high level.
• Experience with social media advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Canva and other design tools.
• Strong storytelling and visual content skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally.
