Boards is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our fast-growing startup at an early stage. This role reports directly to the Data Lead and plays a key role in data-driven decision-making, product roadmaps, and strategic business planning. The ideal candidate will leverage data to understand user interactions with the product and help them achieve greater success.

• Transform raw data into actionable insights, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions that fuel growth and optimize product, business, and marketing strategies
• Conduct in-depth analyses of product usage, user behavior, and business opportunities using techniques such as funnel analysis, engagement analysis, defining new key metrics, and extracting actionable insights to enhance user journeys and uncover new opportunities.
• Build dynamic, user-friendly dashboards and reports to help stakeholders translate data into actionable insights.
• Play a key role in developing and utilizing LLM models to extract meaningful insights from data.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and datasets to support data analytics efforts.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, finance, and marketing to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify company-wide data opportunities, drive impactful initiatives, and lead the implementation of new tools, workflows, and innovative data solutions.
• Mentor team members by fostering a culture of continuous learning and feedback.
  

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Expertise in advanced SQL, including writing complex, efficient queries and building optimized datasets.
• Proven experience in designing and creating dynamic dashboards using popular BI tools (preferably Tableau).
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate can break down complex subjects into clear, understandable messages.
• Deep understanding of scalable architecture and big data workflow optimization.
• Ability to independently execute projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to quickly understand data and business needs and translate them into effective data models.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Highly motivated to play a key role in the company’s data analytics domain.
  

• Familiarity with tools such as BigQuery, Airflow, Firebase, Google Analytics, MixPanel, Rivery, and data from the App Store & Play Store.
• Experience working in a B2C SaaS startup.
