Atriis is an innovative and fast-growing B2B SaaS startup, at the forefront of revolutionizing the corporate travel industry. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Lead to take ownership of HR operations and contribute to strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage day-to-day HR functions while shaping the organization’s culture and supporting its growth. Reporting to the COO the HR Lead will oversee HR operations, compliance, and employee relations, with support from a part-time HR admin.
As an HR Lead at Atriis, your role will be diverse and encompass a wide range of responsibilities. You will serve as the go-to person for all HR-related matters across all the countries in which Atriis has staff (including Israel, UK and Portugal), providing expert guidance and support to the organization and ensuring that all employment is administered effectively in all countries. Your main responsibilities will include*
Responsibilities
Operational Focus (70%)
- HR Administration: Oversee payroll, employee records, and benefits program to ensure seamless operation.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Compliance and Contracts: Collaborate with legal and external advisors to review and manage employment contracts, contractor agreements, and labor law compliance.
- Employer of Record (EOR) Oversight: Monitor and verify EOR billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreements.
- Budget Management: Prepare, forecast, and monitor the annual HR budget in partnership with the finance team.
- HRIS Management: Maintain accurate HR data and streamline workflows to optimize operations.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, offering guidance and resolving issues effectively.
Strategic Contributions (30%)
- Policy Development: Assist in crafting and implementing HR policies that enhance employee satisfaction and align with organizational goals.
- Culture Building: Work with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and implement strategies for retention and growth.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR analytics to deliver actionable recommendations that drive organizational performance.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in HR roles within a startup/SaaS environment, encompassing both operational and strategic responsibilities.
- Labor Laws: Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and the ability to research and apply international labor laws as needed.
- Legal Expertise: Proven experience working with legal advisors on employment and contractor agreements.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor and verify billing, invoicing, and financial documentation with precision.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated expertise in preparing and managing HR budgets collaboratively with finance teams.
- Global Operations: Familiarity with HR operations in multi-country environments (e.g., Israel, UK, US, Portugal).
- HRIS Proficiency: Skilled in using HR systems and tools.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Mindset: A hands-on, problem-solving approach with a focus on practical solutions.
