Driivz is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic company. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes, managing data in Salesforce, and generating actionable insights through reports and dashboards. This position will support our sales team to achieve revenue targets and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Management:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and customizations within Salesforce.
- Implement and update workflows, automation, and custom fields to support business needs.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales and leadership teams.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, pipeline performance, and areas for improvement.
- Support forecasting, territory management, and quota tracking processes.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new tools and processes that enhance sales productivity.
- Understand the company’s work flow needs and translate it into requirements and process structure.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and training for sales team members on CRM and reporting tools.
- Perform data analysis and data fixes where required to ensure the accuracy of systems and data integrity
- Collaboration & Support:
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and assist in strategic planning sessions.
- Support sales team members with ad-hoc requests and troubleshooting Salesforce issues.
- Orchestrating the business processes including sales processes, contract closure, CRs, etc..
- Managing and maintaining Salesforce system to be accurate database and company repository of the business elements
- Salesforce admin – support the business requirements and process, change management
- Producing reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, PPTs; and general administration for the sales department
- Collaboration with sales, finance, delivery, presales, delivery, CSM and legal teams
- Following up on the complete sales life cycle (from deal review to contract closure)
- Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends
- Prepare the sales materials for QBRs (internally and externally)
- Provide Salesforce training to the sales team – ongoing training and training for new hires
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in a sales operations or similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM (Salesforce certification is a plus).
- Skills:
- Proficient in generating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from large datasets.
- Familiarity with sales tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics tools).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, are a plus.
