Position Background:
Agora is one of the most promising & growing startup companies in Israel, operating globally in the real estate industry, serving over 750 customers worldwide. Our SaaS platform and services enables real-estate investors to manage the entire lifecycle of their operations and their investors relations, throughout their investments lifecycle.
Our business is generated at a large scale by our Go-to-Market (GTM) group - from marketing to sales development, account executives and account managers.
As a strongly data & AI operations driven company, we are processing, monitoring and reporting on our GTM activities on a daily basis. As such, we are enhancing our Sales-Operations team by hiring a detail-oriented, experienced professional Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The Sales Operations Specialist is working closely with the VP of Sales and its sales leaders, the Director of Revenue Operations, as well as with other leadership functions as the CEO, Finance team etc.
The position is playing a crucial role in driving sales efficiency, monitoring performance and supporting our go-to-market strategy implementation. Your focus will be on the implementation and optimization of solutions as HubSpot, data quality, AI platforms and delivering actionable insights that will empower the sales team to excel. This position requires a hands-on approach and a dedication to maintaining operational excellence within the sales organization.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience with hands-on Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a related field, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce or other similar CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable sales strategies.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Experience working in both startup environments and larger companies is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various team members.
Willingness to work and support US-based functions, also during IL evening hours.

What are we looking for:
Responsibilities:
Sale Processes & GTM Planning
Support the definition of our sale processes and data structures
Provide the comprehensive data to support the GTM planning process
CRM Management & Implementation
Own the implementation and ongoing optimization of HubSpot to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the sales team.
Ensure CRM data integrity and hygiene to support accurate and reliable reporting.
Reporting & Insights
Provide ongoing reports and insights to the VP of Sales and other management functions to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Support the sales manager with data and reports regarding their team members to drive excellency.
Cadences:
Assist in preparing weekly sales meetings by compiling and analyzing sales performance data.
Develop and distribute monthly GTM reports to inform key stakeholders of sales performance and trends.
Build and analyze Account Executive performance reports to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights to support team development.
Lead Management & SLAs
Manage and distribute leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and routing according to the sales strategy.
Monitor and ensure adherence to defined SLAs throughout the sales cycle, and report on performance to the team.
Training & Enablement
Train and enable new Account Executives on CRM usage to ensure they are equipped for success.
Provide ongoing enablement and support for sales tools to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.
Data Management & Analysis
Maintain the accuracy of sales data to ensure consistency and reliability.
Conduct win-loss analyses to identify patterns and provide recommendations for improvement.
Sales Process Support
Assist in designing, implementing, and refining sales processes and workflows for improved productivity and efficiency.
Support the sales team with tools, resources, and training to optimize their workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Director of SDR & Director of Marketing: Collaborate closely to optimize lead distribution and lead quality, ensuring alignment on lead management strategies and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Marketing Ops & Customer Success Ops: Work with other operational functions to align on tools, processes, and data flow, ensuring a seamless customer journey from prospect to client.
Finance Operations: Partner with finance operations to ensure accurate revenue reporting, budget alignment, and forecasting, supporting the alignment of sales strategies with financial planning.
