Sales Operations Specialist - Temporary

What we are looking for

The Sales and service business operations team at Nova is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support our global sales teams with the company growth.

This position encompasses both the daily sales administration and operational tasks and is an essential component of our sales organization, contributing to revenue growth and increasing sales productivity, by executing sales operation activity and partner with internal functions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business, Marketing OR BSc in industrial engineering
3-4 years of experience – in sales operations roles
Proven excellence, multi-tasking capabilities and the ability prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines and goals.
Proficiency with Salesforce and ERP systems
High level English proficiency
Ability to build long term partnerships
Ability to work within a team, support teammates and see overall team objectives as their own

Role Responsibilities:

What you will be doing

Work closely with Account Managers and HQ sales teams to support the business and customers’ needs
Manage quotations and contracts, follow up sales pipeline, forecast tracking and adjustments
Order Management process from order entry to shipment.
Ensure on-time order delivery, work with production and logistics to follow and track delivery and mitigate gaps
Forecast analysis - follow data-driven approach manage and analyze reports on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis (delivery, revenue, quotations, deals consumption)
Work closely with the Finance team on monthly and quarterly closing and in parallel in defining policies and guidelines.
Maintain sales data and ensure data accuracy in ERP, CRM and other systems.
