Data Analyst

Startup company in the Fintech industry developing a global online payment management platform designed for businesses and enterprises, enabling them to expand internationally by working with clients and suppliers across different countries.

The platform allows users to receive payments in their local currency through various methods, including credit and debit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers. With a mission to drive economic growth, connect people, and empower underserved populations, the company's solution simplifies and optimizes cross-border transactions.

The company operates in a hybrid model (three days from home) and has over 1,500 employees worldwide, with approximately 900 employees in its Israel office. Its platform serves 4 million users across 200 countries, supporting transactions in more than 150 currencies.

The role involves conducting analyses, building reports, working with SQL, and handling strategic and cross-functional projects. The tech stack includes Looker, Power BI, Python, BigQuery, and Amplitude.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience as a business/product analyst (in financial services industry is an advantage)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, finance, or a related field required - advanced degree preferred
• Expertise in data analysis, SQL, statistics, A/B testing, and data visualization tools like Looker, PowerBI, and Amplitude
• Experience with Python for data analysis and reporting is an advantage
• Superb data storytelling ability to influence audiences at all levels, including executive leadership
• Strong understanding of web analytics, tracking plans, and QA of implementation
• Project management skills with the ability to work on multiple priorities concurrently
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with good business acumen and product intuition
