Recruitment Coordinator

We are hiring a Recruitment Coordinator !

If you have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency experience counts), a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills, this role might be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Supporting recruitment processes, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
• Creating job profiles and publishing roles across platforms.
• Collaborating with placement agencies, screening CVs, and conducting interviews (phone and in-person).
• Handling administrative tasks like reports, invoice management, and system updates.

Requirements:

• Education: Relevant Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Experience: 2+ years in recruitment (including from agencies).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
• Familiarity with Niloosoft and Priority systems – advantage.
• Native-level Hebrew; good English – advantage.

Position Details:

• Full-time position (90% is also an option).
• Driver's license – mandatory.
