Learning & Development Lead

We are looking for a top-notch Learning & Development Lead, who is passionate about Organizational Development and Learning and would like to join a successful global organization!

Responsibilities

• Manage company learning and development programs, conduct needs assessments, and build programs accordingly (professional and power skills).
• Establish approaches to evaluate learning program impacts
• Manage the LMS platform and be responsible for the maintenance, communication, engagement, and ongoing support of all users
• Be responsible for Onboarding strategy, structure, content, and alignment with the professional onboarding
• Contribute, design, and execute the vision and strategy of Learning and Development.
• Take an active role in developing and executing organization-wide programs such as leadership development, performance review and engagement surveys, etc.
• Leading A-Z the managerial development courses and development programs
• Leading the managerial coaching processes
• Design and develop individual developing plans
• Promote learning culture and come up with new learning initiatives
• Work collaboratively with multiple interfaces
• Execute with solid project management skills, including monitoring plans and managing against milestones, managing issues and risks as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Learning and OD partner/manager.
• Min 2 years experience in tech organizations
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work with many stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Curious, fast learner with attention to details
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - advantage
• Fluent English (verbal and written) - must
• Ability to see the big picture as well as practice hands-on requirement
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Organizational Behavior/Learning Technologies/Social Science or equivalent
