abra is looking for Help Desk Technician- (temporary)

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our internal IT team.

This role is critical in providing ongoing support and ensuring the smooth operation of our company's IT infrastructure

The position is temporary for 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and assistance to internal users, managing and maintaining the DOMAIN environment
• Manage permissions and accounts in Active Directory
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, IP telephony, and network communication
• Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and improve the company’s IT infrastructure
  
  

• At least 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Technician or Network Administrator (military experience is acceptable)
• Strong familiarity with Windows operating systems, Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving network issues, setting up network drives, and handling cybersecurity and endpoint devices
