Software Engineer - C/C++ TL

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 9 core developers working on endpoint security features.
• Design end-to-end solutions for advanced security threats, with a focus on long-term impact and scalability.
• Prioritize development tasks and initiatives in alignment with business goals, ensuring timely delivery of key features and improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the Product and CTO team to understand feature requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Make critical technical and architectural decisions that will influence the future direction of Morphisec’s platform.
• Ensure the team is implementing best practices in terms of code quality, security standards, and system performance.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges, providing guidance and solutions.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and methodologies to keep Morphisec at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Multiple years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C/C++ and system-level programming.
• Multiple years of experience leading a technical team in a fast-paced development environment.
• Deep knowledge of Windows OS internals, with experience in designing secure and scalable Agent solutions.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives while leading a team to deliver high-quality results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with product and executive teams.
• Demonstrated ability to make critical technical decisions that balance business requirements, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, vulnerabilities, and defense mechanisms.
• Experience with security solutions such as endpoint protection or threat detection is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Windows drivers, file systems, or network protocols.
• Familiarity with reverse engineering, exploit development, or malware analysis.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow the talent within the team.
