Hey there! We're Mylo AI, a revolutionary dating startup changing how people find love by matching them based on their authentic vibes. We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our adventure and make a real impact!

We're not your typical dating app - we're an AI-powered matchmaking platform reimagining the future of relationships. Based in the heart of Tel Aviv, we're a dynamic startup with big dreams and an even bigger mission: helping people find their true love through innovative technology. We've already helped hundreds of couples to find their better half!

• Analyzing large, complex data sets representing the behavior of potentially millions of online users looking to find love —> address strategic and operational business questions
• Providing actionable recommendations and conclusions from the app’s data to shape features, app economy, and future product roadmaps
• Working closely with internal departments to drive insights that will help improve Mylo metrics.
• Building automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics and user’s experiences
• Managing multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment 
  

• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics or another quantitative field
• Minimum of 3 years of working as a Data Analyst in a B2C company
• Outstanding data querying skills using SQL, TOAD, Tableau, Excel, or any other applications.
• Prior Experience with Reporting and Visualization Tools - PowerBI advantage 
• Understanding of MS Excel (macros, VLOOKUP’s, VBA) and PowerPoint
• Basic project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple work streams, track progress and effectively communicate and handle expectations.
• Excellent analytical skills and business judgment.
• Exposure to Cloud environments (e.g. GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Exposure to devops tools and principles (Git, CI/CD, Docker)
• Experience with analytical tools such as Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib
• Highly analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving, especially under tight deadlines
• Enthusiasm for being part of a mission-driven company
• A great communicator who can convey clear messages in English
• Big Advantage: Genuine Passion for or experience in the dating industry
