About the Role:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling digital marketing services to clients in Israel and Europe, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. A successful candidate needs to be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively identify and engage potential partners and clients, generating leads, negotiating terms, and securing new contracts to expand our client base.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional customer service and timely support.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of our technologies to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales objectives, driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative departments, to craft tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to offer clients the most innovative and effective marketing solutions, enhancing their competitive edge.
- Accurately manage and update sales records and client information in the agency's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for informed decision-making.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Essential Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling digital marketing services and technologies.
- Industry Expertise: Proficient understanding of digital marketing/advertising trends, including SEM, PPC, and Social Media Advertising.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Sales Achievements: Demonstrated track record of successful sales in digital marketing or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer service and relationship-building, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position: Sunday to Thursday.
- Offices are located in Tel Aviv, Hybrid mode is on!
