What will you do?

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own both inbound and outbound product-related activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales) and engaging closely with customers and partners to drive innovation.

Panaya is looking for a talented and highly passionate Senior Product Manager to lead our revolutionary AI-Powered Change Intelligence SaaS products for enterprises.

Our ideal candidate must be a highly skilled, creative thinker and self-starter who can manage a product from ideation, through market validation execution and GTM. S/he will holistically manage all the product related aspects and be responsible for both inbound and outbound activities.

This role is an opportunity to drive vision and strategy of our product around the AI & ERP market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead clear product vision and strategy for our AI and GenAI based products, as well as our core SAP ERP solutions
• Conduct ongoing market research, identify opportunities and define the roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from concepts/ideation to launch
• Collaborate internally (with R&D, UX/UI, field teams etc.) and externally (with prospects, customers, partners etc.)
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs and business goals
• Manage stakeholders for all product-related matters internally (sales, marketing etc.) and externally
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and innovation
• Convey product value including training and guidance to internal and external audiences
• Drive marketing activities, webinars, blogs, attend conferences etc.

Requirements

• Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience – a must
• Strong background in AI and Gen-AI based products – a must
• Technical experience with SAP ERP applications – a big advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field – a must; MBA or advanced degree – an advantage
• Good understanding of SaaS software and architecture – an advantage
• Proven track-record of successfully managing and delivering complex products, leading cross-functional teams, and driving innovation
• Fluent English skills (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Open, transparent and collaborative team player
• Creative, proactive and forward thinker
• Positive with a “can-do” approach

Optional – Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Extensive experience in quality assurance or testing roles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with ALM and DevOps practices in testing environments.
• Proven track record of successful product launches in the Salesforce AppExchange, particularly in testing or QA tools.
• Knowledge of advanced testing techniques such as automated, performance, and testing in Salesforce environments.
