What We Do: Our Product, Data, R&D, and Marketing teams in Tel Aviv play a central role in driving that experience across our global portfolio of brands. The Product Admin team owns the core commerce platforms and operational systems that enable our brands to scale efficiently. The team is responsible for the infrastructure that powers the order lifecycle, internal operations, and critical commerce capabilities across our portfolio of brands. Our mission is to simplify complexity at scale, enabling faster execution, greater operational efficiency, and seamless customer experiences. What Are We Looking For? We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the platforms and operational capabilities that power fulfillment and the post-purchase experience across our e-commerce brands. Your product decisions will directly influence how quickly we integrate new businesses, how efficiently we fulfill orders, and how reliably we deliver on our promises to customers. As our business scales, including through acquisitions, you'll lead product integration with new companies and external partners. Through a deep understanding of our platform and their operational needs, you'll partner with executives across organizations to shape capabilities that support multiple businesses and enable their growth. Working closely with Operations, Data, Finance, Customer Support, and Engineering, you'll align global stakeholders and evolve our platform capabilities to meet changing business needs across our brands and external partners. This includes leveraging our agentic capabilities to develop agents and automated workflows that deliver measurable impact: faster onboarding, less manual work, lower operational costs, and a better customer experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Own the product strategy and roadmap for fulfillment and post-purchase operational capabilities, identifying high-impact opportunities and making clear decisions on scope and priorities based on data Work closely with Operations, Commerce, Data, Finance, and Customer Support teams to understand their workflows and translate complex needs into scalable product capabilities Develop a deep understanding of our platform and lead the onboarding of new brands and portfolio companies, including following acquisitions, adapting capabilities and operational logic to support brand expansion and different business needs Leveraging and adapting our agentic platform and infrastructure to introduce new agents, AI-driven tools, and automated workflows that deliver measurable business and operational impact Partner with Engineering, Data, and external providers to define scalable integrations with third-party systems, documenting requirements, data flows, and dependencies Lead complex initiatives from solution definition through implementation, rollout, and adoption, aligning global teams and internal and external executives on competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery Define success metrics, monitor impact, and use data and user feedback to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and the customer experience, clearly communicating results and business value to stakeholders Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with proven end-to-end ownership of complex platform products and previous experience in e-commerce Experience building and scaling products and operational systems that support business-critical processes Experience working closely with Operations teams and translating complex workflows and business needs into effective product solutions Strong product judgment, distinguishing one-off business requests from scalable platform opportunities and making clear trade-offs across business urgency, scalability, customer impact, and technical complexity Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand platform capabilities and dependencies across teams, processes, data, and technology Experience partnering with Engineering, Data, and external providers on system design, third-party integrations, data flows, and scalability Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, navigate competing priorities, and influence executives and senior leadership across internal teams and external organizations Hands-on experience using AI-driven tools and automation to improve operational workflows, identify valuable opportunities, and measure business and operational impact; experience with agentic platforms and workflows is a strong advantage Strong analytical skills, including defining KPIs, measuring product impact, and using data to guide prioritization and continuous improvement Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with experience working across global teams and clearly explaining product decisions and business impact to senior leadership and external partners The responsibilities described above are not exhaustive.
