Key Responsibilities:

✔Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions.

✔Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

✔Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

✔Relevant bachelor’s degree – required.

✔At least 1 year of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (with a focus on hardware and software) – required.

✔1 year of experience working with the ADAM recruitment system.

✔Results-oriented, independent, and capable of leading processes.
