Our solution seamlessly integrates hardware and AI software to meet the critical need for environmentally responsible building operations.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive – Sales & Partnerships to drive revenue growth and manage distribution partners across EMEA/EU. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, managing distribution channels, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The Senior Account Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring our solution reaches a wider audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and success.
Distribution Partner Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners in EMEA/EU.
- Train, support, and enable partners to effectively sell and deploy our solution.
- Monitor partner performance and optimize collaboration to maximize results.
Market and Industry Engagement:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market needs.
- Provide insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner activities.
- Use a data-driven approach to improve sales outcomes and refine strategies.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record in managing distribution partners in EMEA/EU.
- Experience with AI, SaaS, or hardware/software integration solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sustainability or smart building technologies is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
