Role Description

We are looking for a Front-End Developer with Next.js and React.js expertise.

You will play a crucial role in creating, building, optimizing, and maintaining front-end functionalities for our flagship payroll products. Collaborating closely with our stakeholders, you will help ensure a seamless user experience, excellent performance, and high code quality,

We are specifically seeking individuals who can take full ownership of creating a new project and ensure it remains stable, readable, and maintainable for years to come.

1. Develop & Maintain

• Implement and maintain front-end components using Next.js and React.js.
• Have a strong design ability
• Create & take responsabilities on new projects

1. Performance Optimization

• Optimize applications with a focus on scalability.
• Implement best practices for code optimization, caching, and performance monitoring.

1. Responsive Design

• Ensure that user interfaces are responsive across a range of devices and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug performance or rendering issues.
• Have a good understandng of accurate UI/UX principles.

1. Code Quality & Collaboration

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and creating good team cohesiveness.

1. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on the latest front-end trends, frameworks, and technologies.
• Suggest and implement process improvements and new technologies to enhance team productivity.

• Professional Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js in a production environment; experience with Next.js is an advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in React, Typescript & it's best practicies.
• Experience with SQL databases is a plus.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering and optimization using Next.js.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with back-end services.
• Knowledge of SASS / Tailwind is a plus.
• Understanding of Git and common CI/CD practices.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
