Job Description:

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Team Lead of medical representatives for specialist medicine.

Location: Field position, Israel

Responsibilities:

• Leading the sales team, recruiting, training, building a work plan, accompanying the team in the field, sales analysis, team meetings and development of sales skills.
• Preparation, updating and implementation of appropriate plans (brand plans), including short and long-term market share/profitability goals of the brands in the field.
• Gathering and analyzing customer segmentation, market analyses, SWOT, competitor analyzes and other developments in the sector, to ensure that brand plans reach objectives.
• Working with internal organizational interfaces, product managers and customers.
• Initiating and cultivating contact with opinion leaders.

Requirements:

• Graduated with a scientific degree - mandatory
• At least 4 years of experience as a medical representative in pharma - mandatory (advantage for working with specialist medicine)
• Previous experience in team management
• Ability to establish strong relationships with clients and lead KEEs
• Strong analytical and sales skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team and cooperate with parallel teams
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and changing environment
• High level English (written and spoken)
