About The Role

As a Customer Success Manager Lead, you'll be at the heart of our Israeli operation, managing a team of talented CSMs. Your role will focus on optimizing retention, adoption, and growth within our client base while mentoring your team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Mentor Your Team: Manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, empowering them to exceed targets while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Drive Customer Success: Oversee client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Step in hands-on to manage key accounts when necessary.
• Achieve Team KPIs: Consistently meet retention, revenue, and adoption goals by setting clear expectations and supporting team performance through coaching and actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align customer needs with business goals, enhance product offerings, and drive long-term success.
• Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
  
  

• Experience: 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales roles in the Israeli market. Experience managing a team is a strong advantage.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor and lead a team, fostering growth both personally and professionally.
• Marketing Expertise: Passion for the marketing and influencer economy with a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization to drive insights and decision-making.
• Dynamic and Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, prioritizing tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality results.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
