Training Department Manager

We are recruiting a Training Department Manager for a large financial organization’s sales division.

The Training Department Manager plays a key role in the success of the sales division by providing high-quality training that enhances sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and training a team of trainers
• Planning and developing training programs in the fields of insurance, pensions, and provident funds
• Creating customized training content tailored to the needs of trainers, sales representatives, and pension marketers
• Updating and enriching training programs in accordance with market changes and regulatory requirements
• Developing sales skills and structuring training programs to improve sales performance
• Measuring the success of training programs through feedback, exams, and performance evaluations
• Analyzing sales data to understand the impact of training on business performance
• Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product development, and human resources to ensure training aligns with overall business strategy
• Liaising with external institutions to develop advanced training programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Behavioral Sciences, Management, Economics, etc.)
• 3-5 years of experience in training or team management, preferably in the insurance and pension sectors
• Excellent managerial, training, and communication skills
• In-depth understanding of insurance, pension, and provident fund products
• Ability to motivate and influence teams

• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
